SubTrack Premium is a one-time purchase that unlocks additional features in the extension.
Refund eligibility
If you experience technical issues, accidental purchases, or licensing problems, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase.
Non-abusive use
Refunds may be denied in cases of abuse, repeated refund requests, chargeback misuse, or attempts to circumvent licensing restrictions.
Third-party payment providers
Payments and refunds may be processed through providers such as Polar. Their payment systems and policies may also apply.
